Mushroom Presto

I know who does not love a hot and spicy Mushroom Curry with some hot naan. Well I got my naan from my nearby Indian Store. Easy right. But I thought if I could  make some mushroom curry for my Naan then I can manage for atleast 2 days. And here comes the new and cut down version of my Mushroom curry with least ingredients and less cooking time unlike the long ones which I found on internet. Ah!! Well that's not a bachelor's recipe.
Try this out!!

Ingredients

2 cups Mushroom cut in small pieces
1 cup chopped onion long
1 Tbsp tomato Puree or 1 whole tomato chopped
1 Green Chilli. Check out your spice level guys.
1 Tbsp Oilive oil or any vegetable oil
1 tsp garam masala



Directions

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. 
  • Add some salt to it and saute until golden brown. 
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, Green Chilli and cook for another 5 minutes. 
  • Mix the chopped mushroom  and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame and keep stirring until the mushrooms are shrunk . 
  • Add garam masala and stir it for a minute. 
  • Serve hot with your naan, rice ,roti or your favorite pita bread.
 
And you tell me how it came out... Doesn't sound good if I say that "Wow! its tastes wonderful" LOL  just kidding.
