Okra is one of my favorite dishes if someone cooks it for me. Specially with rotis or soft bread. I finally decided to make it at home easy and fast. And it turned out to be an awesome dish. May be you should try.
Ingredients
2 cups Okra cut in one inch pieces
1 Tbsp vegetable Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 Tbsp Garam Masala

- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and chilli pepper
- Add Okra and one Tbsp of Garam Masala.(Get this from any Asian Store)
- Add salt to taste and cook for ten minutes with the lid on in simmer.
