Ingredients
All purpose Flour/Maida : 1/2 cup
Rava/Semolina/Sooji : 1 cup
Cumin Seeds : 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste : 1 Tbsp
Green Chilli : 2 nos chopped
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together with water until it forms a buttermilk consistency.
Heat the tava and sprinkle the liquid on it using your hand.
When it gets a golden brown colour fold it and serve hot with any chutney.
