Idiappam/Rice Noodles



Ingredients

Roasted Rice flour : 2 Cups
Vegetable Oil : 2 Tbsp
Water : 3 Cups
Salt to taste

You also need a vermicelli press.

Directions

Boil 3 cups of water then add vegetable oil and salt. Slowly add the roasted rice flour to the boiling water and stir it continuously utnil it becomes a nice soft dough. Put the dough in a press and steam it for 5 minutes in a rice cooker or a steamer. Yummy!!! Idiappam is ready. You can serve them with some vegetable stew.
