Normally dosas have to be made with preparations from previous day. Here you go with a superquick and yet yummy and protein rich dosa recipie. This is a snack/breakfast which can be made with 1 hour notice.
Ingredients
Idli Rice : 1 cup
Toor dal : 3/4 cup
Dried Red Chilli : 3 nos
Asofetida : 1 tsp
Sesame Oil : 1/2 cup
Directions
Soak all the above ingredients for one hour and grind it coarse in a blender with enough water. Also add salt to taste. You can make dosas right away. Heat up the pan very well and spread the batter thin. Sprinkle approximately 2 tsp of sesame oil for each dosa. Cook for about one minute on each side. Yummy and crispy dosa ready. Serve it with either Butter, Jaggery or any chutney. It can be rolled up and served without any side dish too.
