It is a very rare dosa made in southern part of India where coconuts are found in abundance. Here comes a 15 minute recipe of making this dosa
Ingredients
Rice Powder : 1 cup
Ground Coconut : 1 cup
Crushed Black Pepper : 1 Tbsp
Sesame oil : 1/4 cup
Curry Leaves : 5 nos
Directions
Mix all the first four ingredients and run it in a blender for 1 minute. Add curry leaves and salt to taste.
Pour it in pan and sprinkle the sesame oil. Cook both sides for about a minute. Voila dosa is ready to serve. This dosa would be yummy with any pickle or by itself.
