Rava Upma is an easy to make snack provided it come s nice and fluffy instead of sticky.
Sooji Rava : 1 cup
Any cooking Oil : 1 tsp
Mustard : 1 tsp
Dried Red chilli : 2 nos
Ginger : 1/2 inch
Directions :
Fry the sooji rava nicely in a pan and keep it aside. Pour the oil in a pan. Add mustard, redchilli and ginger. Add 1 and 1/2cup of water into that pan. Add some salt to taste and let it boil. when the water boils with bubbles add the fried sooji rava to the pan and mix nicely. Close the pan and simmer for five minutes. Fluffy and yummy upma is ready. You can garnish it with curry leaves or coriander leaves even though its not required.
