Beetroot is an awesome vegetable for me just because it stays in my refrigerator for even two weeks fresh. And I decided to make a beet saute to have it with my Roti which I made yesterday.
Ingredients
1 cup Grated Beetroot
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 dried Red chilli
Directions
Yummy Beet is steaming in my mouth.
Ingredients
1 cup Grated Beetroot
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 dried Red chilli
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds and dried red chilli pepper
- Add the grated Beetroot and salt to taste
- Saute it for 2 minutes on high flame and then simmer it for 15 minutes
Yummy Beet is steaming in my mouth.
