Crispy Bulls Eye

Aha.... Who doesn't know how to make a bulls eye.  But there is a secret tip for making  crispy edge bulls eye. Heat the oil/butter in a pan and wait for the smoke to come from the pan. Then drop the egg into the pan and simmer it immediately. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 30 more seconds and check the difference in taste.... I am sure, you will message me back.
