Green Beans gets yummy in five minutes

I am tired of eating bland cold beans. I needed some spice and came up with this simple beans with a kick of spice and mustard

Ingredients
1 cup of green beans
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 dried red or green chilli pepper

Directions
  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Add the mustard seeds and chilli pepper
  • When they pop add the green beans and salt to taste. 
  • Cover and cook for five minutes on simmer.

Ahh.. the flavor of mustard and chilli gives that kick to the warm beans.
