MTA Chocolate Brownie

I craved for brownies after having it from my friends place and decided to make one myself. But I know baking is a tough game for me. One reason is I cannot cook step by step another thing is I will have to empty my oven because that is my storage place for pots and pans. LOL !!.......
Anyway since I crave I decided to do it. So here I come with my Mix iT All Brownie.

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts, if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
