All you need is
Ingredients
1 Cup Moong Daal/Lentils pressure cooked
4 Tbsp oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Dried red Chilli
1 Tomato Chopped.
Coriander Leaves to garnish
Directions
Heat up the oil in a pan. Add the Mustard,Cumin and Redchilli.
Add the Cooked daal and make the consistency accordingly by adding water.
Add the Chopped tomatos and ginger garlic Paste
Cook it on high flame for 5 minutes and garnish it with Coriander leaves.
Voila !! yummy daal is ready to eat with roti or rice.
